Description
This app is different from all other Mind Body Aware Games LLC apps because it IS an actual game where you SCORE POINTS. It also has a meditation and an exercise routine. The main idea is to calm down by balancing your personal energies.
The Meditation Menu Option: Listen to the meditation on the 5 basic responses to any situation.
The Exercise Menu Option: Follow along and do the postures the avatar is doing. This is a guided movement meditation, like a cross between Yoga and Tai Chi. It is a specialized form of Qigong.
The Game Menu Option: Click the button below the avatar with the name of the posture he is doing. If you are right, you win a point.
